Grande apartamento com terraço de 140 m2 situado a 15 min a pé do centro de Lisboa. Pode acomodar até 5 pessoas. É composto por 1 suite com cama de casal, um quarto com duas camas individuais, e um terceiro quarto anexado à sala com uma cama de solteiro (estilo mezzanine). A sala e a sala de jantar são ambas espaçosas e luminosas, decoradas de forma elegante e contemporânea. A cozinha é moderna e toda equipada com todos os ustensilios de cozinha e electrodomésticos necessários para a sua estadia (lava loiça, maquina de lavar e secar, fogão, micro ondas, frigorífico). Dispõe de duas casas de banho, uma com duche e outra com banheira. Disfrute do terraço para relaxar e admirar a cidade. Nos dias mais frios, o terraço pode ser fechado e aquecido.
O apartamento é equipado com Tv plasma com canais internacionais, wifi, e aquecimento central.

The area was great. Not many tourists, but a couple of good restaurants and bars in only a few minutes walk. The view over Lissabon was amazing! You can reach several view points by only some minutes walk!

On the other hand, you always have to walk uphill to your apartment. Which was ok for us, but with our laguage and the buggy of our son it was hard some times. Later we got to know that there is a bus from Maritim Moniz to Graca, which makes our life easier :-)

Unfortunately the sink was smelling disgusting :-( This really needs to get improved. Same issue with the Terrasse. Although we opened the windows one complete day to get fresh air in, it still smelled... so we didn’t use it, which was a pitty :-(

The apartment was also not really clean and one part of the vacuum cleaner was missing, so it was not so easy for us to help ourselves...

It does not always happen and since we are so close to the water and built above channels of water sometimes the tides bring that smell about. It can be minimised but unfortunately not in a permanent way. This is the other side of an old city with many hundreds of years....and one aspect of living like a local...
We thank you for your time and feedback and will take your suggestions in considerations. Hope this has not had a great impact on your stay and you have still managed to enjoy yourselves

This flat is in the Graca neighborhood so just a few metro stops from the center (or a 15 min walk). The views are amazing and the flat was so comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers). Markets, restaurants and cafes are .2 miles awaver mais
This flat is in the Graca neighborhood so just a few metro stops from the center (or a 15 min walk). The views are amazing and the flat was so comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers). Markets, restaurants and cafes are .2 miles away and the best view of the city is up the stairs at your front door. This is by far one of the best properties I have stayed in. Easy check in and a responsive host. Perfect home base for a Lisbon adventure for a family with older kids (or kids who don't mind a few stairs and a walk to the metro).
